Umg8 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Members

1Definitions & Scope of Agreement

Throughout this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry fixed meanings:

• "umg8" refers to the online casino and Sports Betting platform accessible via the domain umg8.biz, including all pages, services, and content provided therein.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account or used any part of the UMG8 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile application (if available), user interface, and all digital services provided by umg8.
• "Games" refers to all forms of entertainment activity on the platform, including online slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, e-sports, and other games.
• "Real Money" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited by the member into their umg8 account.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, promotional offers, or other incentives granted by UMG8 to members.

This agreement covers all interactions between you and umg8 — from the moment of registration, through all financial transactions, gameplay activity, bonus claims, and communications with our support team, right up to account termination. These Terms are not limited to any specific game type or product.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the UMG8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Residing in Malaysia or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is permitted under local law.
• Not currently listed on any exclusion list or active self-exclusion register.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an UMG8 employee or any affiliated company.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account only at UMG8. Multiple account registrations by the same individual constitute a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per identity document (MyKad / Passport)
• An active and reachable Malaysian phone number
• A valid and accessible email address
• Exact date of birth

Umg8 reserves the right to verify the validity of any information provided at any time. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds in the account without compensation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to UMG8.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Umg8 processes all financial transactions in MYR (RM) only. Accepted payment methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – deposits and withdrawals are available
• GrabPay – deposits and withdrawals are available
• DuitNow – deposits and withdrawals are available
• FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other supported banks) – deposit only
• Boost – available for deposit
• ShopeePay – available for deposit

The minimum deposit limit is RM30 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal limit is RM50. Deposit processing time is 1–5 minutes, and withdrawals take 5–60 minutes depending on your VIP tier and chosen payment method.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the last deposit, or to a verified bank account in the member's name. umg8 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving withdrawals, especially for amounts exceeding RM5,000.

Any fraud, use of stolen credit cards, or unauthorised payment methods will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated funds will be forfeited.

5Bonuses & Promotions

UMG8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free bets, and festive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement (WR) which must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• The RM288 Welcome Bonus carries a 5x wagering requirement (deposit + bonus) and must be completed within 14 days from the date of deposit.
• Any unused bonus or incomplete wagering requirements within the specified period will expire and be automatically removed from the account.
• Umg8 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of promotional abuse or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
• Each member is eligible to claim each bonus type once only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no directly redeemable cash value.

6Game Rules

All games at umg8 – whether online slots, live casino, or Sports Betting – are operated in accordance with established rules:

• All casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently certified and audited to ensure fairness.
• For Sports Betting on football, badminton, e-sports, and other sports — odds are final at the time a bet is placed, unless there is a clear technical error.
• Umg8 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet if there is evidence of match fixing, odds errors, or exceptional circumstances affecting the outcome of a game.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure, umg8 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and refund the wagered amounts to members.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. UMG8 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.

7Prohibited Member Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the umg8 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to manipulate gameplay
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Using card counting techniques or prohibited strategies in live casino games
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors for unfair advantage
• Using funds obtained illegally or engaging in money laundering
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing any staff member or fellow member
• Distributing obscene, hateful, or illegal content through any umg8 communication channel

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses in the account, and legal action where necessary.

8Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your umg8 account. The following measures are strongly recommended:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) in your account settings
• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared or public device
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account

UMG8 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. If you receive any communication requesting your password on behalf of UMG8, it is fraudulent — do not comply and report it to us immediately.

9Privacy & Data Protection

UMG8 takes your privacy seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of this agreement.

In short, your data is used to:

• Processing your registration and maintaining your account
• Processing financial transactions securely
• Verifying identity and preventing fraud
• Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

10Intellectual Property

All content on the UMG8 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is the exclusive property of UMG8 or its licensors. You may not:

• Creating derivative works based on platform content
• Using the umg8 name, logo, or trademarks for personal or commercial purposes
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform

Using the umg8 platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights over umg8 beyond a limited licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

11Limitation of Liability

• Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform

Umg8's liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds in your account at the time the claim is made.

12Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account
• Loss Limit – Set a limit on the amount of losses you can sustain within a given period

• Permanent Self-Exclusion – Permanently close your account if you feel you need further assistance

13Account Termination & Suspension

Termination by Member: You may close your UMG8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any real-money balance in your account (after deducting bonuses with incomplete WR) will be returned to you via a verified payment method within 3–7 business days.

Termination by umg8: umg8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, system abuse, or illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification
• Requests from relevant legal authorities
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In the event of termination due to a breach of terms, UMG8 reserves the right to forfeit all funds and bonuses in the account. UMG8's decision in this matter is final.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the umg8 platform shall be resolved through the following channels, in order of preference:

1. Live chat between the member and the umg8 team – this is our preferred first point of contact
2. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) through a mutually agreed independent body
3. Arbitration if a resolution cannot be reached through the above means

You agree that any claims against UMG8 may not be pursued through class action or any form of collective action involving multiple parties.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or set aside, while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect.
